About Nikki | BBL: Bigger Better Lifestyle
Nikki's Story

The nurse who had to become her own first patient.

Before BBL ever helped anyone else, it had to work on the one person who couldn't fake the results: Nikki herself.

From slim, to slipping, to sure.

Growing up, staying active and in shape came easily to Nikki. It wasn't something she thought much about — it was just how she lived.

Then life did what life does. Motherhood arrived, and with it came a season she describes plainly: she got comfortable. Comfortable with skipping meals or grabbing whatever was fastest, comfortable with pushing her own needs to the very bottom of a very long list, comfortable with the slow, quiet weight gain that nobody warns you about because it happens one ordinary day at a time. Fast-forward, and the woman in the mirror didn't feel like the one she remembered.

It wasn't one dramatic moment that changed things. It was a realization that built slowly and then arrived all at once: her health wasn't a personal indulgence — it was the asset everything else depended on. Every dream she had for her career, every moment she wanted to be fully present for her kids and the people she loves, every version of her future self, all of it needed her to actually be well enough, and here enough, to live it.

Ten Years At The Bedside

What a decade of nursing taught her about "quick fixes."

As a registered nurse, Nikki has spent over ten years on the front lines of healthcare — caring for people through their most vulnerable moments, and watching, up close, what happens when the body is pushed past what it can sustainably carry.

That view from the bedside changed how she saw the wellness industry's shortcuts. She'd watched the mainstream promises up close: the injections, the extreme plans, the surgeries pitched as an easy way out. She'd seen who they helped, and she'd seen who they left worse off — sometimes seriously harmed.

She knew, professionally and personally, that there had to be a slower, truer way back to health. So she decided to become the proof of it herself, before she ever asked anyone else to trust her with theirs.

The Method, Tested On A Real Body

She didn't design a program. She lived her way into one.

Nikki began putting years of clinical knowledge and personal experience into action — on herself first, refining relentlessly.

Ruthlessly cutting the fluff

Every fad, every gimmick, every "rule" that sounded good but didn't actually change anything — gone. What survived had to earn its place through real, repeated results, not a marketing claim.

Rigorously tracking what worked

Nikki didn't guess. She tracked what genuinely moved the needle for her — and then tested it again with a small "beta" circle of like-minded, health-conscious women before ever calling it a method.

Her Mission Now
"I'm sharing this with my community, and with everyone who is sick and tired of living in a body they feel ashamed of and unhealthy in — especially moms and women ready to reclaim their confidence."
